That’s why we have put together a handy guide!
- BUSINESS IDEA
What is the unique value proposition of your startup? What problem does your startup solve? What makes your startup special? These are questions which you should be able to give answers to. The clearer and more specific you are in your application, the easier it is to be accepted. You don’t need to know exactly, and you can’t know exactly, what the journey of building your business will look like, but you must have a vision.
- PITCH-DECK
One of the most important elements of the accelerator application is the pitch-deck – a brief presentation material that explains your startup’s business idea and includes information about the problem, solution, business model, market, and team.
Take the time to write and assemble it properly because the pitch-deck provides information to the admission panel on whether you are ready for the accelerator and whether your startup has potential.
- TEAM
In addition to a good business idea, the team applying for the accelerator is crucial. The admission panel must believe that your team can take your startup to a new level during the accelerator. It may even happen that a team is accepted into the accelerator purely because the panel has great faith in the capabilities of the team members, even if the business idea needs further refinement.
Make sure that you have capable and awesome people by your side because no successful company can be built alone. Building a startup is an exciting and winding journey, and make sure you have the right people by your side for this adventure.
- COMMITMENT
Keep in mind that being accepted into the accelerator requires serious work for you and your team for several months. Be ready to truly commit, and your desire to develop your business must be evident in the application. If your team is accepted into the accelerator, it means that we have great faith in the potential of your startup, and we are ready to do everything to support you on this exciting journey. You have diverse support in the form of training, mentors, and the community, and our expectation is that you and your team are ready for this journey.
- ACT SWIFTLY
We recommend submitting your application as quickly as possible because the admission panel reviews applications continuously, and it might happen that we accept some teams into the program even before the application deadline.
