Northbound Startups Demo Day: meet the up-and-coming Nordic startups

On March 15, a Northbound Startups Demo Day was held at Erinevate Tubade Klubi. The event was organized jointly with New Nordic Leads programme. Tehnopol is participating in the Northbound Startups project and is responsible for organizing incubation programme for the startups. 

The Nordic startups that participated in the Demo Day:

• Voxmate is a smartphone platform of audio-first apps for the blind and visually impaired. We create smartphone experiences that would feel at home in a completely blind world.
• Lawato is a one-stop AI-powered cloud software that improves business continuity and saves more than 20% of the time for a Law Firm.
• Story Blanket is a fundraising platform for good causes based on content.

The keynote speaker was Björn Larsson who has given the teams advice on how to raise money. He has also consulted starting investors.

In addition to the presentations, the startups and investors got to interact in the speed dating format.
