The first cohort of the NATO DIANA is halfway through their six-month journey. Across the alliance, over 1300 companies applied for the accelerator, 44 were selected, and of those, 9 made it into the NATO DIANA Estonia accelerator.

GaltTec – The New Age of Portable Fuel Cells (Estonia)
GaltTec is producing power of fuel cells and fuel cell materials based on patented technology. They develop fuel cells with exceptionally high power density, enabling them to deliver greater power output while occupying minimal space compared to other technologies on the market. These advanced fuel cells have the capability to power a wide range of applications including drones, off-grid equipment, IoT devices, portable electronics, and even space equipment.
REVOBEAM – Democratizing access to secure and reliable communications (Poland)
Revobeam is a Polish company developing Low-Cost Energy Efficient Anti-Jamming Antennas for unmanned platforms and IoT devices. They can mitigate jamming attacks and extend range in wireless communications systems. The solution is lighter, more efficient, and less expensive than any other product on the market. In addition, it can be easily integrated with most of existing communication modules.
GIM Robotics – GNSS-denied positioning for armoured vehicles (Finland)
GIM Robotics develops a cost-effective localization solution for armored vehicles operating in GNSS-compromised environments. Their sensor fusion technology enables blue force tracking and red zone detection, providing safer navigation in GPS jammed and spoofed conflict zones.
Lobster Robotics – The seabed on your screen in 4K (Netherlands)
Lobster develops autonomous lightweight and low-cost underwater robots for seafloor photography, enabling quantitative insights with visual mapping. Their in-house developed camera system offers unparalleled clarity and precision, aiding the study of changing underwater ecosystems affected by factors like global warming and human impact. This innovative underwater visual survey technology captures high-detail seabed images, empowering marine ecologists and researchers with essential data and tools for understanding the underwater world.
Anzen – Post-quantum safe data security and sovereignty (UK)
Anzen offers end-to-end cybersecurity services and consultancy to companies in sectors like pharmaceuticals and critical infrastructure installations. They specialize in developing user-friendly, patented post-quantum security technology with seamless integration. This technology helps safeguard sensitive or classified data, ensuring information security and data sovereignty for the future.
Dronetag – Striving for digitally visible drones (Czech Republic)
Dronetag develops next generation un-jammable and undetectable solution for safe and efficient drone traffic management. They aim to expand their solutions to cater to the demands of defence markets, focused on developing advanced solutions for managing drones around critical infrastructure. Dronetag aims to white-label friendly drones tailored for battlefield conditions, thereby enhancing situational awareness for military operations.
IceWind – Extreme Power Solutions for Austere and Remote Environments (Iceland)
IceWind develops and manufactures micro vertical-axis wind turbine solutions for decentralized power generation for remote, underserved, and extreme environments. They aim to create the first military grade, portable & deployable microgrid combining hurricane rated wind turbines, solar, and energy storage.
Goldilock – The Cyber Kill-Switch: Non-IP controlled Remote Physical Segmentation (UK)
Goldilock has developed a multi-patented cybersecurity tool for protecting critical assets and data. By physically segmenting digital assets and networks without using the internet, Goldilock ensures networks and assets remain secure, invisible, and inaccessible to adversaries. The technology provides a ‘kill-switch’ that physically isolates assets, allowing them to connect to the internet or other network segments only when necessary.
Avoptics – Low Size, Weight and Power Covert Optical Communications for small assets (UK)
Avoptics is developing high quality photonic solutions for harsh environments. They are producing fibre optic, photonic, electrical and electronic solutions which are suitable for usage f.e. in aerospace and defence sector. Using an MRR (Modulated Retro Reflector) optical comms system greatly simplifies one end of a link, leading to lower SWaP (Size, Weight and Power) assets to communicate at high speed covertly.

NATO DIANA Estonian Accelerator is led by Tehnopol Startup Incubator in cooperation with Sparkup Tartu Science Park and Startup Wise Guys. Supported and funded by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in cooperation with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and the city of Tallinn. Estonian contributors to building the pan-Alliance network of testing centres are TalTech, the University of Tartu, Foundation CR14, the National Defence College, the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, and the Estonian Aviation Academy.
