A Strong Start at the InvestEU Deeptech Summit
The second batch of startups officially kicked off their journey at the InvestEU Deeptech Summit in Paris on March 10-11. The event provided them with an opportunity to connect with the Paris deep-tech ecosystem, and three startups had the chance to pitch their innovations on stage to global investors. The startups also participated in three insightful workshops, and project partners outlined the acceleration journey, covering investment readiness, market discovery missions, and funding utilization.
Kristiina Libe, Ready2Scale Project Manager, shared her thoughts on the new cohort and the kickoff event: “It is always exciting to see the level of innovation that startups bring to the program. This year’s cohort is an outstanding group of companies tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges with deep-tech solutions. The kickoff event in Paris was an excellent starting point, allowing them to engage with investors and key stakeholders early on. We are confident that the program will help them refine their business strategies, access new markets, and secure funding for further growth.”
